We’re looking for a motivated and organized Broker Support Team Lead to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of advanced-level Australian mortgage applications with minimal broker intervention
- Accurate data entry, verification, and submission of home loan applications using various systems and tools
- Strong knowledge of lender forms, online applications, FHOG, Deposit Bond, Pricing, and Valuation processes
- Regular communication with lenders, solicitors, and Australian banks to push applications through to settlement
- Up-to-date understanding of Australian lender policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ability to meet customer and broker SLAs while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Oversight of team quality, attendance, and behavioral performance
- Use of quality scorecards and coaching to ensure team standards are consistently met
- Development and upkeep of SOPs, training material, and procedural updates
- Delivery of effective onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing staff
- Conducting performance reviews and one-on-ones to drive improvement and engagement
- High-quality collaboration with internal teams and offshore providers
- Proficiency in compiling reports from databases and presenting relevant insights
- Strong risk awareness and ability to develop contingency plans as needed
- Commitment to upholding company Core Values, Code of Conduct, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry
- At least 2 years in a leadership position
- Salestrekker CRM experience
- Experience using AOL
- Experience with Quickli
- CoreLogic experience preferred
- Professional written and oral English skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to successfully attend to tasks of some complexity with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure to perform and reach individual and team KPIs
- Accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, repetitive data entry environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle and maintain strict confidentiality
- Knowledge of mortgages, loans and financial transactions (highly desirable)
