Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for global employee-related inquiries and manage the general inbox.
- Handle the full onboarding process, from offers and contracts to the employee's first day.
- Provide support and guidance to employees based on the people services catalog.
- Complete regional tasks as required.
- Manage global security screenings for new hires and renewals.
- Process HR tasks in Workday, including job changes, terminations, benefits, and promotions.
- Oversee offboarding, including updating systems and liaising with IT for equipment returns.
- Handle written communications for employment changes, such as job, benefits, and compensation updates.
- Advise on leave requests (annual, sickness, statutory, etc.).
- Administer staff benefits like pension and private health insurance.
- Support payroll handovers by updating trackers and checking calculations.
- Ensure new hire information is compliant and follow up on missing documentation.
- Offer guidance on HR matters like disciplinary actions and absence management or escalate when needed.
- Assist with annual HR processes like performance reviews, salary updates, and employee surveys.
- Continuously improve service delivery to employees.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in HR Shared Services or Operations, with some payroll exposure.
- Experience supporting a global HR team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Adhere to internal security and policy procedures.
