Job Description: Visual Merchandising Supervisor



Overall Objectives:

• To develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the brand image and drive sales for both HVAC and NHVAC home appliances.
• To ensure consistent and impactful visual presentation across all retail and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create visually appealing displays and layouts that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with retail and corporate teams to ensure cohesive visual presentation across all locations.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of visual displays in retail stores and corporate showrooms.
• Ensure all visual merchandising efforts accurately represent the brand and its values.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into visual merchandising strategies.
• Train and support store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Manage visual merchandising projects from concept to execution, including budgeting and timeline management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of display materials and fixtures.
