Job Summary:

Operations Supervisor is tasked to provide assistance for the Plant Operations Head in overseeing the plant operations. They are trusted to facilitate the daily activities of various sections of the plant operations and ensure efficiency of the team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate of any engineering course (Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum Engineering, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, etc.)
• 1+ years experience in supervisory roles, preferably with a manufacturing or plant environment
• With strong leadership skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solver and critical thinking analysis
• Proven ability to supervise a team
• Willing to undergo training in Pasig City
• Willing to be assigned in Liloan, Cebu
