Singlife Philippines is looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our Investment and Savings products – from initial concept, product development to post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely project execution and product delivery. Product Manager should have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, has a strong business acumen and has experience in digital product development.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organization goals, KPIs as well as the needs of the market.
• Develop, maintain and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback and market research.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze competitor products and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure product suite remains competitive.

Product Lifecycle

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement of products.
• Work with Digital Team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work with Marketing, Growth and Digital Engagement teams in developing and executing go-to-market strategies to ensure effective product launches.

Product Management

• Present product update and key performance indicators demonstrating the impact of the product to overall business goals.
• Regularly evaluate product performance and refine strategies leveraging on data-driven analytics, customer insights and feedback from stakeholders/cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in relevant field and has handled digital platform/s in the past, preferably in the financial services and e-commerce industry.
• Specific skills: Product Management, Project Management, Product Delivery, Business Management
