Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes are filed and paid timely and correctly
• Process VAT refund application on a quarterly basis
• Reconcile tax reports with general ledger and payroll
• Support during audit period
• Ad hoc tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a tax assistant or similar one.
• Payroll process knowledge or experience is a plus
• Good understanding of MS Office and MS Excel functions
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
