Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, pitch products, and address customer inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require working occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Persuasive, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle rejection.
