We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Lagro, Fairview, Quezon City. This is a new Sales Manager post and will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets with the President.

Role Description:

• Ensuring effective and efficient distribution, availability, and visibility of brands/products in assigned accounts

• Building trade relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts through regular sales visits, engagement programs, retail education, and advocacy programs

• Manages S&OP with the President

• Develops and implement action plans to address operational gaps and capture market opportunities

• Handles distribution, availability, and visibility of brands/products in assigned accounts

• Executes and monitors the implementation of localized marketing programs in the assigned sales channel to promote product presence and awareness and generate sales.

• Develops, leads, and monitors sales performance to create brand and product awareness and drive sales opportunities.

• Manages and controls Accounts Receivables and other related financial metrics to assigned accounts

Qualifications

A college degree in Business Management or other relevant fields preferred but not required.

At least 3 years of solid experience in field sales operations and account management in the fast-moving consumer goods or food and beverage industry, particularly handling The Marketplace, Landers, S&R.

Experience in B2B sales with high-end hotels or bars in Metro Manila preferred

Strong business acumen with a high level of understanding of key financial indicators

Willing to start from scratch and work independently

About Coffeexmead

We are a young startup based in Quezon City that just launched last July 2023, but our interest in bees, honey, and the environment have spanned years. Without bees and thousands of other pollinators it would not be long before our ecosystem collapsed. Bees pollinate our native trees here in the Philippines (they particularly love Narra) and flowering plants. This support other insects, which then support birds, bats, mammals, and everything up the food chain with food and shelter.

Our vision is to become a leading player in the mead and honey market worldwide. Ultimately, we want to save the planet by supporting sustainable honey production. Creating La Mesa Mead and our Coffeexmead shops gave us the opportunity to educate and highlight the role of bees in the ecosystem to our customers. Additionally, since we have started talking to potential grassroot beekeepers who are interested to venture into beekeeping for income, their appreciation on preserving biodiversity and planting native trees have also gained ground.
