Job Description

Performs day-to-day tasks/activities and deliverables relevant to the successful and timely turnover of ALVEO units/properties. He/she ensures compliance, timeliness and high customer satisfaction rating during the actual turnover of units to clients/buyers.

 

Job Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Architecture or any Engineering course with real estate background.

2. Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant work experience in real estate development firms/other related industries.

3. Highly/proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written and presentation skills.

4. With critical thinking/, technical, creative/aesthetic, problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheet and MS Office applications

5. With/business/financial acumen in relation to quality control, design computations/costing, market/competition trends, and business processes/operations
