Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality, patient-focused service, delivering efficiencies, and achieving KPIs, all while keeping patient and customer satisfaction at the forefront.


Job Overview


Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Mid Shift, Following the UK business hours (Monday to Friday, starts at 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time), Weekends off

Work Arrangement: Onsite; BGC, Taguig

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 58,000

The Prescription for Success: Do You Have What It Takes?


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setting.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC.

Your Daily Tasks


  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring alignment with company processes and a strong focus on people management.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Planning Team to book clinically validated appointments according to clinical priority and system guidelines.
  • Work closely with business leaders to optimize operational and booking processes, meeting customer requirements and KPIs.
  • Understand and support the Patient Care Advisor role, stepping in when necessary.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, monitor attrition rates, and assist in workforce planning for future hiring needs.
  • Deliver structured induction and training programs, ensuring all new hires understand company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective action to maintain individual and team performance.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process, incorporating personal development plans to support growth and progression.
  • Maintain accurate training, appraisal, and personal development records for all team members.
  • Enhance employee engagement by gathering feedback, fostering a positive team culture, and improving retention.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship, helping team members develop their skills and careers.
  • Compile and submit reports as required by the Head of Patient Services.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing, with payments recorded and banked on the same day.
  • Manage imaging data and report distribution, ensuring compliance with clinical priorities and contractual obligations.
  • Respect patient customs, values, and beliefs, ensuring their preferences are considered in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards for information security management.
  • Handle escalated disciplinary and grievance concerns, ensuring fair resolution.
  • Report incidents and complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead and manage customer-focused teams, driving performance excellence in a BPO setting.
  • Set clear objectives and communicate effectively to ensure team alignment.
  • Maintain professionalism, demonstrating strong phone and email etiquette.
  • Handle queries with sensitivity and efficiency, engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Adapt to changing schedules, responding to business demands as needed.
  • Ensure data protection compliance, maintaining security standards in the workplace.
