About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer who has strength in Event & Community Marketing. You will be responsible for Marketing strategies and executions in order to build brand awareness and brand loyalty of Quipper Philippines and to generate leads.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and execute marketing events/campaigns to promote Quipper’s brand awareness and acquire leads

2. Gather and upload Marketing Leads data to CRM Tool

3. Monitor, track and report analytics of Marketing Leads

4. Research and analyze on competitor’s marketing activities

5. Build relationships with event organizations and institutions

6. Social Media Account Management -

  • Maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook and Youtube)
  • Be responsible for posting, replying to inquiries

7. Marketing Collateral Management -

  • Develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media content and website copy
  • Manage distribution and counting of items

8. Design Template Management

  • Maintain and improve the existing graphic design templates.
  • Be the point-to-person on creative design templates between Business Development and the Internal Design team

9. Working closely with:

  • Business Operations & Strategy Department, Business Development Department, to identify opportunities that support Quipper’s marketing strategy and report progress & results
  • Design team to create engaging visual design
  • Internal and cross-department team related to assigned projects when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Knowledge and Experience in Marketing, especially project management and event coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of comfort with numbers
  • A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Hybrid Work Set Up (must be residing in or near Metro Manila)

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekends as needed)
