Job Overview:

The Legal Intake Associate plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, gathering initial client information, assessing case eligibility, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake:

  • Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct initial interviews to gather essential case details and client information.
  • Assess potential clients' needs and align them with the firm’s legal services.

Case Assessment & Documentation:

  • Accurately record and document client information, including case specifics, using the firm's case management system.
  • Screen cases to determine eligibility based on firm criteria and escalate cases requiring legal expertise.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients to complete intake requirements.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure smooth transitions of eligible cases.
  • Maintain effective communication between the client and legal teams during the intake process.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage intake logs, reports, and other relevant records for tracking purposes.
  • Provide feedback on trends and common inquiries to improve the intake process.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • College diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or legal administration is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in case management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to empathize with clients while maintaining professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
