Who You’ll Be Working With

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

Providing Level 2 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime.
Designing and implementing automation solutions using Python and scripting to reduce L2 manual efforts.
Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
Monitoring application performance, system logs, and alerts, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
Documenting known issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the knowledge base for continuous improvement

We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in L2 application support or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Python scripting for automation and process optimization.
Proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database troubleshooting (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK Stack).
