Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage strategic client relationships in the energy storage sector (ESS) in PH. This role involves end-to-end sales cycle management, business development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored energy storage solutions.


  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients (utilities, IPPs, EPCs, developers).
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical insights on ESS solutions and market trends.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer service) to align client needs with company offerings.


To drive market development and sales of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) in PH, achieving the sales targets assigned by the region.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies for ESS products in PH to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

2. Develop new customers in PH, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients within the region, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, adjusting sales strategies promptly to maintain a compete edge.

4. Coordinate internal resources across departments to drive smooth project implementation and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

5. Responsible for reporting and analyzing sales performance within the region, providing relevant market feedback and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the renewable energy/ESS sector.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technology and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Language - Chinese speaking skills are preferred.
