Accounting I Finance Manager

Location: need 1 per each location - based in BGC, Paranaque, Makati

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

Salary: Open Budget (80,000 - 120,000)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager I Accounting Manager The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, optimize accounting processes, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
• Generate quarterly financial reports and assist with year-end audit procedures.
• Ensure timely submission of corporate taxes in compliance with local regulations.
• Handle banking transactions with regional and international partners for smooth financial operations.
• Manage remittances and government-mandated contributions.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
• Maintain cash flow projections to support financial decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership and support for financial projects and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong computer literacy, with experience in financial data analytics as an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Tagalog.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
