The position is:

• Responsible for building management / operations
• Responsible for premises management

Your skills and experiences should be:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PRC license holder (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
• At least seven (7) solid years of experience in managing building management/operations or working in the field of Facilities, Property Management and Construction
• Should be willing to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon provinces

You should be willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.
