Our client is looking for a Direct Marketing (DM) Specialist to support their growing business. In this role, you will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic digital marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for executing targeted campaigns, managing social media content, and optimizing email marketing strategies to reach the right audience effectively.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Proficiency in video editing, Canva, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram for brand awareness and lead generation
• Knowledge of website development and optimization (basic coding is a plus!)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Employee work set-up will be dependent on the client’s discretion

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns
• Design compelling graphics and materials using Canva
• Manage and schedule posts on LinkedIn & Instagram
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
• Run and optimize marketing ads for maximum reach and impact
• Assist in website development and updates to enhance user experience
