SUCCESS ADVISOR (MAKATI CAMPUS)

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • The Success Advisor is a crucial member of the academic support team, dedicated to supporting and guiding online students from the beginning of their academic journey until graduation. The primary goal of this role is to facilitate student success, retention, and satisfaction by providing individualized support, resources, and referrals to various campus departments.
  • Student relationship building
  • Student support and resource guidance
  • Collaboration with other departments

Qualifications:

A. Education: At least a bachelor’s degree. Degrees in Psychology, Education, Human Resource preferred.

B. Required Skills/Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with students; Problem-solving abilities to identify and address obstacles to student success; Resourcefulness and familiarity with academic resources and the ability to recommend them as needed; Empathy and a genuine desire to help students; Technological skills and proficiency for online communication and collaboration tools.

C. Work Experience: Experience focusing on the engagement and welfare of 1) Students in an educational institution, 2) Workers in the human resource department, and 3) Customers in the customer care and relations department; Experience using Salesforce, CRMs, MS Office and other productivity software.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Good compensation for the successful candidate and when promoted to regular status, the benefits among others includes hospitalization and life insurance and scholarship to qualified dependent.
