Position: Mandarin Online Shopping Customer Care

Location: Manila City

Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone

• Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction

• Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution

• Perform ad hoc duties as needed

• Informing Chinese customers on how to place an order online

• Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order

• Answer questions about payment modes for online shopping

• Explain the return policy for damaged items

• Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped

• Explain how to use discount and promo code

• Explain how to get free shipping
