As we expand, we seek a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BusinessGrowth: Identify,develop and close new business opportunities within the BPO industry, focusing on customer support outsourcing and back-office solutions.
• Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, ensuring a strong pipeline of clients.
• Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns, messaging and lead generation initiatives tailored to BPO services.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Industry Networking: Represent GlobalityNet at industry events,conferences, and Networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Proposal Development: Oversee the Creation of customized proposals, presentations and service agreements to meet client needs.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies and market demands to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience with Business Development, Sales or Marketing within the BPO industry ( customer support, back-office or outsourcing services preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals, generating revenue and expanding business operations.
• Strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation and consultative selling.
• Experience working with SMBs or enterprises looking to outsource operational functions.
• Exceptional Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans.
• Experiencing using CRM ( Zoho preferred) tools and digital marketing techniques to drive sales.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for business growth.
