POSITION: ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: PASIG CITY

SALARY: PHP 18,000 - 20,000


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide support in handling accounts payables, accounts receivables (making quotations, etc)
  • Updating of the accounting system Quickbooks
  • Handling government remittances (eGov)
  • Maintaining accurate records/ encoding info including Delivery Receipts, Billing Invoice, Official Receipts, etc.
  • BIR filing online (via EFPS)
  • Sharing updates during weekly internal meetings in the office, Answering phone calls, Sending emails related to accounts payable, accounts receivables, and other finance-related concerns if necessary
  • Organizing the status update on finance-related concerns Work

Requisito

  • Has accounting-related work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Quickbooks and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related
  • willing to work in PASIG CITY
