RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will participate in the phases of design, development, testing, and maintenance of 2D/3D software applications intended for modeling and simulation in the fields of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Dermatology. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the development of new software functionalities :

▪ Manage the local team of developers, UX/UI designers, testers:

• Setup and enforce best practices, including delivery workflow, code quality, test procedure
• Define and deploy DevOps tools to support the team effort and processes
• Organize day-to-day activity based on an Agile methodology (daily meeting, sprint planning)
• Manage interactions with the lead technical teams located in France and the US
• Report the planning and progress to the direction

▪ Organize development projects:

• Gather functional specifications and organize the technical project to deliver new applications, including technical specifications and project planning and management (epics/tasks maintenance)
• Guarantee project conformity by enforcing best practices and organizing appropriate code reviews

▪ Develop new functionalities and products using company libraries under Flutter

REQUIREMENTS:

▪ Graduated from an Engineering School with a specialization in computer science

▪ You have at least between 8 and 10 years of experience in a similar position.

▪ You demonstrate a good mastery of software development in Flutter/Dart and C++.

▪ Has an interest in designing modern interfaces with user experience close to new SaaS standards.

▪ A good knowledge of design approaches (MVVM, MVC) and software development tools (Git, CMake, Visual Studio) is appreciated.
