We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and mentor our offshore sales team, handling outbound and inbound sales for our loyalty and payments solutions. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in Salesforce, strong sales coaching skills, and a deep understanding of digital payments and loyalty programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the B2B Sales Director.
  • Track performance and provide reports to senior management.
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales tools to optimize processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and digital payments.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, MixMax).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
