### Project Overview

I am currently leading a project to rebuild the website for the International Hockey League (ITHL), a hockey league based in the US. You can check out their current site here: ****;

We have already started the development process and hired a frontend developer who has built three landing pages. However, I feel that the mobile responsiveness of the current design needs improvement, and I am looking for a full-stack developer with blockchain experience to take over certain aspects of the project.

### Current Project Status

Here’s the current status of the project:

- Frontend Progress: We have three landing pages designed, but they need to be reviewed for mobile responsiveness.

- Scope: Besides improving mobile responsiveness, there are still pages left to develop to complete the site.

- Future Plans: We plan to add a betting feature in the future and, further down the road, improve a DEX platform that will integrate a UTX token for the betting site.

For this role, I am looking for someone who can:

1. Improve Mobile Responsiveness:  

  - Review the current landing pages and ensure that they are fully responsive on different mobile devices and screen sizes.

  - Provide specific ideas on how you would improve the mobile layout, user experience, and overall responsiveness.

2. Complete the Remaining Pages (if possible):  

  - Depending on your availability and skills, you may also take over the development of the remaining pages on the website.

3. Add a Betting Feature (Optional, but ideal):  

  - If you have experience with blockchain and betting integration, you may be assigned to add a betting feature where users can place bets on hockey games.

4. Participate in DEX Platform Development (additional test required):  

  - Once you pass the first stage of testing, you will be given the chance to work on our DEX platform, which involves integrating the UTX token.

### Compensation Structure

Your compensation will depend on the tasks you take on:

- If you are only improving mobile responsiveness and completing the website, the rate is $30 - $40/hr.

- If you are able to add the betting feature, the rate will be $50 - $60/hr.

- In the future, when we move forward with the DEX platform development (including UTX token integration), the rate will increase to $70 - $80/hr.

### Testing & Hiring Process

Before moving forward, you will need to pass the following testing steps:

1. Step 1: Mobile Responsiveness Test  

  I will share the current development version of the website, and you will:

  - Analyze the current mobile responsiveness.

  - Send me your ideas and suggestions on how to improve the mobile layout and overall UI/UX design to ensure that the site is fully responsive and user-friendly on mobile devices.

  - If you pass this test, you will be assigned more frontend development tasks.

2. Step 2: Betting Feature & DEX Platform Test  

  If you wish to work on the betting feature and eventually the DEX platform, after passing Step 1, you will need to pass a second test:

  - You will be given access to our DEX platform in development and required to complete specific tasks in this environment.

  - Before being assigned to the betting feature or DEX platform development, you will also need to complete an interview with our CTO.

  - Once you pass this test and the interview, you will officially join the DEX platform development team and work on integrating the UTX token.

3. Previous Work:  

  Please share two of your best previous projects.

Requirements :

1. Experience in Frontend Development:

  - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in frontend development, with proven ability to create responsive designs.

  - Proficiency in mobile responsiveness and UI/UX design for different devices and screen sizes.

2. Blockchain Experience (Preferred for Certain Tasks):

  - At least 1-2 years of experience working with blockchain technologies, especially in integrating blockchain-based features like betting systems or decentralized applications (DApps).

3. Solidity and Smart Contract Development (Optional):

  - Experience in Solidity or other smart contract languages is a plus if you're interested in adding blockchain features like betting or participating in the DEX platform development.
