Your Role:

As a Technical Menu Builders (Senior), You Will

Build integrated menus using Doshii systems whereby online menu items are mapped to POS items
Problem solving skills to determine when to use Doshii systems to create customized options for integrated menus
Clearly define missing components of menus
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate very effectively in English: both verbal and written
Attend and contribute to on-shore team meetings and learning sessions
Confidently use Doshii’s CRM system to manage their ticket queue and handover tickets to on-shore team members
Complete assigned menus/tickets within specified SLAs
Working hours will be within Australian business hours
Assigned tasks may include menu support tickets
May require a rotating roster of work

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

2 years experience working in a technical customer service role
Demonstrated ability to build menu, update, & integrate menus
Experience working with Point of Sale (POS systems) in retail or hospitality
Experience working with ticketing and CRM systems
Experience in Hubspot and Confluence is advantageous

Preferred skills/expertise

High technical competency
Enjoys learning new technologies
Ability to follow processes
High attention to detail
Passionate about customer experience
