As Software Quality Analyst, you are assigned to ensure that applications developed by IT meets the standards and specifications that will lead to minimizing possible system issues, risks and cost of errors. Experienced in handling Web and Mobile applications, Automation and Manual Testing, and Business Analysis.

You are in charge of:

-Software Quality Analyst Lead- Lead and manage a team of Quality Analyst, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

-Software Quality Assurance- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, scripts and report test results on assigned IT projects to minimize systems errors and defects during implementation. Perform functional, regression and performance testing on newly developed and enhanced systems to validate that system requirements are met.

-System Documentation- Documents System Specification Requirements, Functional Requirements, Business Requirements, Root Cause Analysis, Test Plans, Testcases, Testscripts, and Sign-offs, as compliance for BQA Team compliance

Qualifications

-Must have a Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent course, good English communication skills (both written and oral).

-Must have 4-5 years’ experience in the IT Quality Assurance Testing (Manual and Automation Testing) and Business Analysis, Web and Mobile Application, Knowledge in Systems Development Lifecycle.

-Preferred but not required: Software Application Testing Trainings

-Knowledge: Automated Testing Tools(such as Cypress), Manual Testing, Business Analysis

-Skills: Analyzing data, Business Communication Skills, Consulting, Effective Listening Skills, Envisioning Solutions, Operating IT Equipment, Troubleshooting skills, Customer service, Business --Analysis, Documenting skills, Automation and Manual Testing of Web and Mobile Applications Attitudes: Amiable, Attentive, Independent, Responsible, Peopleoriented, Flexible
