Responsibilities● Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and efficient backend systems, including RESTful services and APIs.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and other stakeholders, to define, plan, and deliver new features and enhancements.● Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and best practices.● Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions, while continuously identifying and implementing process improvements.● Architect solutions following industry best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.● Continuously stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies where applicable.

Qualifications● 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.Net Core 6+, and Entity Framework.● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.● Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.● Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, as well as familiarity with API versioning and security practices.● Strong experience with architectural patterns such as CQRS, Event-Driven Design, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).● In-depth understanding of software engineering best practices, including code testing, debugging, and performance optimization.● Experience in leading and owning technical solutions from design to production.

Preferred Skills● Advanced experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.● Proven experience in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline development and deployment.● Extensive experience working in an Agile development environment.● Strong version control management using Git, including branching strategies and pull requests.● Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly HTML5 and CSS, in collaboration with frontend teams.
