Job Title: IT Technical Support- Educational Qualifications: - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.- Experience Level: - Seeking applicants with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.- Skills and Competencies: - Must have expertise in DevOps practices and tools. - Strong knowledge of AIX (Advanced Interactive eXecutive) operations. - Proficiency in Database operations and management. - Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Operation. - Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. - Conduct regular system maintenance and monitoring. - Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and processes.- Working Conditions: - This position may require working in shifts and being on-call to handle support-related emergencies outside of standard working hours.- Qualities and Traits: - We're looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills. - Candidates must be patient, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. - A team player who is also capable of working independently when required.
