SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE:

The SME (Subject Matter Expert) of Operations provides floor support, learning sessions, coaching & feedback to agents.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize Field Service Work Order on site efficiency by ensuring the correct equipment, skillset, and # of technicians
• Drive Quality achievement by coaching Technicians weekly (group/individual) on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, client QC feedback, and side by sides (SBS)
• Receive and review quality of service trends from clients and address feedback accordingly
• Remotely diagnose PV system issues including non-operation and underperformance
• Assist in live Diagnostic Consultation with other departments via phone
• Meet performance goals and metrics minimums set forth by management
• Understand and apply corporate policies, process documentation, manufacturer's specifications and requirements
• Provide feedback on trends you are seeing to our Diagnostics Leadership
• Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications
• Perform SPDT job checks as necessary based on SPDT QC% performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Subject Matter Expert/Assistant Team Leader/Quality Analyst or equivalent
• Proven experience with PV (Photovoltaic) System
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering course
• With at least 1 year of working experience in Electrical Engineering field
