Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic clinical support and education to members regarding healthcare options, benefits, and treatment plans.
• Advocate for patients by assisting with care coordination, referrals, and navigating the healthcare system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Review medical records and assess the appropriateness of treatments based on established guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Document interactions and recommendations accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

• Active USRN license (with or without a local PH license).
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (hospital or telehealth experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic and effective patient support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
• Experience with healthcare benefits, utilization management, or case management is a plus.
