The Business Growth Officer will support the strategic and development-oriented initiatives of the BU focusing on business expansion and promoting sports initiatives. Key internal collaboration with Unit Managers for Sports Development and for Growth & Innovation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Growth Support - contributes to the execution and monitoring of growth strategies and key initiatives set by the BU; assists in crafting proposals, presentations, market research, and other documents in support of innovation and business development initiatives; assists in the management of strategic partners
• PHSU and ISI Asia Secretariat - handles communications and correspondences related to PHSU and ISI Asia in coordination with PHSU President / ISI Asia Designated Representative; handles and ensures compliance to internal processes for finance-related matters such as liquidations, athlete reimbursements, payment processing, etc.; assists in monitoring compliance to ISI Asia required registrations for skaters, coaches, and tests across all branches
• Events Support - provides support organizing and implementing sports-related events such as skating competitions, bowling tournaments, etc.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 3 years of work experience related to business expansion and innovation
• Graduate of any 4 year course degree preferably Marketing, Business Administration / Management, etc.
• Preferred skills: proficient in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills

WORK LOCATION

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - PHQ, MOA Square, Pasay City.
