Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x RTO/week) in Taguig; Day shift

Job Description:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are

analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology &

Operations team may be for you!

● Leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of on-premises and

cloud-based server environments.

● Developing and enforcing server policies, security standards, and best practices.

● Monitoring server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.

● Managing server patching, updates, and lifecycle management and overseeing backup,

disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

● Collaborating with security teams to implement and maintain server security measures.

We’re looking for:

● Minimum of 4 years of experience in security operations and systems support or server

administration role.

● Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V),

and cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba).

● Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server security principles and

experience with automation tools such as Terraform.

● Experience developing patching schedules and automation scripts for efficient update

deployment.
